Guardian Warm Roof Slate Finishes
Choose from a range of eco friendly Tiles in natural colours to compliment your home. Made from lightweight high grade steel with Aluzinc® coating for incredible strength and resistance. The Guardian Warm Roof Tile is lightweight and silent and comes in a variety of colors and textures to match your existing roof material. The shingles interlock into each other which eliminate lifting from the wind and also allows the roof to have a pitch as low as 10 degrees.

The roof will either be a ridged Guardian Warm Roof or a timber constructed flat roof with EPDM rubber roof liner. The EPDM flat roof membranes have a life expectancy of at least 50 years.
Internal Finishes
The inside of your garden room / extension will have insulated plasterboard installed to provide extra thermal protection. The room is then professionally plastered and ready to be decorated in a colour of your choice.
Base / Foundations
We use Durabase Plus base which has upgraded insulation bringing it up to building regulations specification. Our creative design dramatically reduces the time it takes to install foundations taking days rather than weeks. As fewer people are needed for installation, there is no need to pay for groundwork machinery or bricklaying, saving you money. This modern system is the future home extension bases.
